Ever heard of blockchain technology? Obviously, you would have. But ever seen your HR discussing it, unless they are pondering over buying cryptocurrencies? Blockchain has been here for a lot of time making its way into banks and even healthcare, but is only occasionally discussed in HR departments.

According to a 2019 report by benchmarking company APQC, 82 per cent of organisations were already at least somewhat familiar with blockchain, but only 11.7 per cent were implementing blockchain HR technology.
