Today's youth is increasingly interested in the learning possibilities that their employment role offers to give their lives and jobs more significance. However, many businesses and employment categories fall short of this standard. Amit established Codvo in 2020 to help firms crowdsource software engineers to produce digital goods to achieve a balance between job seekers' ambitions and the growing demand for expertise in tech businesses.

Codvo.ai curates a talent pool of software engineers who may collaborate with clients on projects including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), cloud computing, UI/UX development, and other areas. The team has delivered over 40 projects to firms in various areas. Our goal is to find the greatest software engineers to assist a company. Codvo.ai is a work tech start-up that provides a selected talent pool to the businesses we assist. Client companies contact Codvo when they require a specialized ability for a project. Codvo assembles a team of technologists, developers, and product owners known as the 'RightFit Team'. The company charges clients monthly using Time and Material contracts related to subscription models.

Codvo began with a small team.  One of the difficulties it encountered was completing crucial projects on schedule while being an entirely virtual team. Prior to the pandemic, relatively few businesses were entirely virtual. However, the pandemic enhanced the value of our firm and work policies. The epidemic also provided opportunities for additional women to join the Codvo team. The startup has a net promoter score of 90%, indicating that its clients are likely to recommend its services to others.

According to Markets & Markets, the global crowdsourced testing market will increase at a CAGR of 9.4 percent from $1.6 billion in 2022 to $2.5 billion by 2027. Also, the Codvo team is currently developing a SaaS platform (Zelio) to power Virtual Silicon Valleys around the world, as well as to fuel scalability and acceleration in high-tech domains. The platform will also include a new feature called the Learn and Earn Program. In our industry, creating a learning atmosphere within a professional position is difficult. We must be conscious and develop a learning mechanism that provides professionals with more than simply a diploma or training, but also a meaningful work experience that empowers them.
