Their services ensure that clients can securely host their IT infrastructure, maintaining seamless operations and data integrity.

Overview

The project undertaken by Codvo.ai aimed to enhance the client's critical scenario monitoring and response system. The primary objective was to implement AVEVA's Unified Operations Center (UOC) platform and E&AI solution, integrating expertise in data center electricity management. The goal was to maintain high uptime for data centers while streamlining operations through optimized alarm management and reduced information overload.

Business Challenge

The client faced challenges in maintaining high uptime and efficient operations across their 49 data centers. The existing system had limitations in terms of information overload and inefficient alarm management, leading to delayed responses and potential downtime risks.

Key Issues:

  • Lack of a unified platform for cohesive management of monitoring and response activities.
  • Inefficient alarm management causing information overload and delayed responses.
  • Need for a centralized system to monitor and control critical data center operations.

Our Approach and Solution

Codvo.ai adopted a comprehensive approach, beginning with requirement gathering sessions through workshops with the client.

Implemented Solution:

  • Central Dashboard: Provided admin oversight of all policies, ensuring all parties had up-to-date records.
  • Custom Branding: Allowed advisors to set up and use their branding themes.
